The owners made our stay amazing. Nimu arranged a birthday tour to the National Rain Forest. The Inn has amazing architecture and ambiance. Great location with beautiful beach nearby. Eco friendly.

The attention to detail throughout our stay was incredible - from the heart-shaped chocolates on Valentine's Day to the birthday surprises in our room. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the airport, very good restaurants, and the cruise terminal. The rooms are clean and cozy with friendly staff providing excellent service. You can enjoy the lovely view from the rooftop deck and take advantage of the beach blankets, sun screen, and towels provided. The included breakfast vouchers allow you to try delicious pastries from the famous local bakery.

Some guests mentioned an issue with mosquitoes in the rooms due to the lack of screens on the windows.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was situated in a residential neighborhood, offering a quaint and peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling areas of the city. Additionally, the rooftop area was a highlight, adorned with beautiful flowers and plants, providing a lovely spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

One aspect that could be improved was the placement of the air-conditioning unit, which was located right beside the bed. This resulted in a direct flow of air towards our faces while sleeping, making it somewhat uncomfortable.

We were given two complementary drinks upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. the location is great, just a few steps from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. the rooftop lounge was a nice spot to enjoy a drink and catch a breeze.

Our Easter stay was spoiled by the noise. the walls were thin and we could hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms.
