This place is right in the center of the Old Town, so it's super convenient to see everything in this beautiful city. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly desk clerks to the attentive wait staff and housekeepers. The room amenities are fantastic, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. Plus, the outdoor dining area and bar/lounge are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff at the reception desk are always available to help with any requests, and the swimming pool and jacuzzi are great for leisure activities. this venue has everything we need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a wonderful and unique property in the heart of the old city. The staff were all so helpful and polite, making me feel special since the moment of check-in. The hotel's restorations really gave a feel for the original age, and the surrounding patio area with its beautiful plants was very enjoyable. I loved the daily wine and cheese reception at 6 pm, as well as the complimentary waters and coffee available at all times. a great place to stay in old San Juan!

The complimentary wine and cheese at 6 pm and the free coffee and water throughout the day were a great touch. the classical music playing in the room at night was a lovely way to wind down. Additionally, the hotel's central location allowed for easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

The check-in process could be improved with better explanations of the hotel's amenities and layout. the rooms were a bit dated and some furniture was shabby.

This hotel was located in the heart of the Old Town, making it very convenient to explore all the major sites nearby. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room had a lovely private terrace with great views of the garden and the huge ceiling on the second floor was impressive. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast which was included in our stay.

All in all, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and there were no significant issues that we encountered.

The second floor staff, especially GG, were exceptional and made our stay special. The location in downtown Old San Juan was superb, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. The rooftop bar and courtyard were great amenities. The hotel's historic charm added to the overall experience.

I recently stayed at El Convento for a couple of nights during my vacation in Old San Juan. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from the cathedral. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved the Aveda products in the bathroom and the little nightly chocolates. The hotel restaurant was a delight, offering delicious food in a charming setting. my stay at El Convento was exceptional.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel El Convento. The garden terrace provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and its location was ideal for exploring Old San Juan. The friendly staff went above and beyond, providing us with a list of great places to eat. The bar served delicious drinks, and although we didn't try the food, it looked and smelled amazing. The complimentary wine and cheese at 6 pm, as well as the complimentary waters and coffee, were a fantastic touch. I also appreciated the classical music that played in the room when the bed was turned down at night.

Great location in the heart of Old San Juan. Loved the beautiful courtyard with the plunge pool and whirlpool. The nightly wine and cheese reception was a delightful added touch. Room was comfortable and had a separate entrance to add some extra privacy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and charm.

Our stay at this beautifully restored convent was a great experience. The location was perfect for exploring the charming Old San Juan. We loved the private terrace attached to our room, and the rooftop hot tub was a wonderful way to relax. Despite some minor maintenance issues, we found our room to be comfortable and quiet. we highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is situated on an adjacent island to St Thomas. The location is great, adjacent to a very pretty old church and by the two separate restaurants there. The Catedral is located right across from the hotel. The room is quite comfortable, and the staff is helpful. The hotel provides complimentary coffee on the third floor. The hotel serves wine and cheese in the afternoon.

One minor issue is that the gym smelled a little funky, perhaps due to a previous leak in the building.

Staying at this place was a wonderful experience. It is located in the Old Town, which means that everything to see was walking distance from here. The staff were on shift 24 hours to help with anything I needed, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. I was impressed by the room amenities, including air conditioning, a patio and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed the facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool and the restaurant.

I would recommend this venue to all, it is definitely worth the stay.
