I had the best experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to cater to our special needs as we were traveling with a Cancer patient. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, with easy access to amazing food, delicious ice cream, and pastries for breakfast. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a cozy room that had a good bed and shower. Additionally, the private parking available near the hotel was convenient and reasonably priced at only $5 per day. this hotel provided a delightful experience in this vibrant city undergoing exciting redevelopment.

I recently stayed at the Surestay Collection By Best Western in Mayaguez for a week-long vacation. The hotel's central location was fantastic, with restaurants, bakeries, and services all around. Plus, the great parking made it easy for us to explore the area. One of the highlights was the fifth-floor terrace, where we could relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the breathtaking views. The breakfast offered a variety of options each day, including toast, scrambled eggs, and sausage, and the staff even provided cereal for picky eaters upon request. the location, facilities, and cleanliness of the hotel were excellent.
