The updated lobby creates a welcoming atmosphere.

I was really disappointed with the room's condition. The furniture felt very worn out, and a lingering musty smell made it quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited and often ran out, forcing me to seek breakfast elsewhere, which put a damper on my stay.

The outside noise is intolerable at night!!! Rooms are outdated and could use serious upgrades!!! The A/C thermostat is a pain to adjust, needing staff intervention. Garbage bags cluttering the hallways need attention!!!

The hotel is right in the center of Mayaguez, making everything accessible. I loved exploring local eateries nearby and the staff were super attentive during my stay.

We enjoyed the hotel's location which was near fantastic local eateries and the beautiful Cathedral Plaza. The lobby was updated and welcoming, making our family feel at home immediately.

the signature collection was a lovely spot! the staff was incredibly friendly, and the beautiful path to the rooms felt like stepping into an enchanted world. i loved the extraordinary shower with aromatic soap after traveling all day! it's pretty close to restaurants and la plaza too.

This place suits me perfectly with a 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a leisure room. I remember how the staff helped my old parents during our first stay. I highly recommend it and I'll be back for another city trip!

the staff were super friendly and helpful, clean rooms with a seal on the toilets, parking was convenient with a guard checking permits, location is awesome near the best bakery and local eateries, and it was quick to check in and out!
