We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were cordial and helpful from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and fully equipped, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable lobby area and a pool table and foosball for entertainment. The breakfast provided was awesome, with made-to-order omelets, bacon, and delicious pastries. The location was perfect, within walking distance of my conference at The Sheraton and also close to the beach and the Pan Am cruise port. this hotel exceeded our expectations!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, just like in the pictures. the hotel offered great amenities, including a pool, complimentary breakfast, a game room, and a business room. the hotel's location was also convenient, with a free shuttle service to other local attractions and the beach. Most of the staff were nice and helpful.

The process of changing reservation times was not easy, and the staff seemed to avoid dealing with certain requests. the breakfast wasn't great, although it was still edible.

The location was convenient, close to the airport, cruise terminal, and not far from Old San Juan. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

One small improvement that could be made to the breakfast offerings is to have something to keep the food warmer for longer.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with a full kitchenette. It felt like renting our own apartment condo, complete with all kitchen amenities. The staff was super friendly and stored our luggage while we explored the area. The location was perfect, with great restaurants within walking distance. The pool table and foosball table were awesome extras.

My stay here was incredible! the location was perfect for me - right by the convention center district and close to the shore, with the cruise ships just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the room service and housekeeping were of the highest quality - I didn't have to lift a finger! Thirdly, the amenities in the room were exceptional - from the in-room safe to the dining table. Finally, the staff were so friendly and gave such good service - they really made me feel welcome here.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the excellent amenities, including free HBO, Wi-Fi, computers. The front desk staff were helpful in calling taxis for transportation to Old San Juan, which was definitely worth a visit for its stores, cafes, and historical sights. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchenettes, including a full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher, made my stay even more convenient. The bar and dining areas offered delicious drinks and satisfying meals, and the free breakfast with omelets, sausage, eggs, and French toast was always enjoyable. The hotel's secure environment added to the peace of mind during my stay.

I felt truly spoiled, as the staff at Hyatt House San Juan went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them, making the experience even more pleasant.

The suite was well-equipped with a kitchen, two TVs, and a comfortable bedroom. We enjoyed using the pool at the neighboring Hyatt Place hotel. The gym was great and the breakfast offered a variety of options. a perfect stay for both business and leisure purposes.
