The location was absolutely amazing! Right around the corner from the beach and in the perfect area close to everything. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice pool and an elevator building. The apartment itself was very clean and had plenty of towels for the beach and bathroom. The balcony was quaint and had chairs and a table to relax outdoors. I also loved the fact that there was private parking available.

The apartment had great facilities like good beds, a balcony, and a secured door and territory. The beach was only a 7-minute walk away, and there was a supermarket just 5 minutes away. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants.

We felt so taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

We also appreciated the private car parking and the convenience of having a supermarket and restaurants nearby. it was a great value for such a prime location and we had a wonderful stay.

The room was a nice size and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The host, Alfredo, was very accommodating and easy to reach. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were great. The female security was excellent. The apartment had a quaint balcony with chairs and a table to relax outdoors. It was also a great value for its location next to high-end hotels and restaurants, as well as the Pueblo supermarket. The air conditioner worked well and the kitchen was fully stocked. There was even a lounge bar onsite for weekend entertainment. The parking was private and secure. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels for both the beach and bathroom. The pool was a great addition, and we enjoyed spending time there. Alfredo, the host, was extremely accommodating and easy to reach. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and balcony where we could relax outdoors. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in San Juan.

Only one key for the family and some issues with the faucet and stove. Some noise from the airport and occasional noise at night in the area.
