Impressive modern decor and fantastic breakfast included, pool was a great addition. Had a convenient kitchen space to whip up quick snacks or meals. Staff was generally accommodating.

Check-in was somewhat disorganized and slow. The surrounding area had a few minor cleanliness issues that affected the overall experience.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me unsatisfied. The check-in process was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, which added to our frustration. On our second day, I was shocked to find that the food at the hotel restaurant was subpar, making me feel like I wasted the $40 daily credit meant for dining. To make matters worse, I discovered that I had been incorrectly informed about the charges related to my stay, leading to confusion and disappointment.

so, I stayed for 3 nights, and honestly, I almost wanted to like this place. the breakfast options were dreadful, and the check-in was a circus act with their disinterested staff. I honestly expected a complementary upgrade for all the hassle, but I guess catering to the important guests just isn’t their style. absolutely disgraceful.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn By Marriott San Juan Isla Verde! The spacious suite had a full kitchen that was perfect for preparing meals for the kids. We also loved that it was just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there were plenty of great food options nearby. The breakfast included was a nice perk and helped us start our mornings off right.

We did experience a minor issue with a long wait for towels at the pool, but it was manageable.

The lap pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. Housekeeping was inconsistent and hard to get in touch with. Renting bicycles was a great way to explore the area. Room quality was excellent, but the limited restaurant menu was disappointing.

The live entertainment by the pool was a delightful surprise, adding an enjoyable vibe to our evenings. Additionally, the staff at Soga Restaurant ensured my mother felt valued and welcomed throughout our stay.

The pools were a blast, especially the one with the kids' water features! The room was super spacious, and the views of the pool were beaut. Just a short stroll to Isla Verde Beach—lekker!

But check-in was chaotically slow, and man, the mattress was kinda eina.

Had an awesome time! The King Studio with Sofa Bed was super comfy. The kitchenette had everything! Enjoyed the outdoor pools, especially the kids' pool and the water slide. Free toiletries were nice too. Located just a short walk from the beach. Breakfast was hearty. Really loved the sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool.

My stay was fantastic with just a short walk to Isla Verde Beach and amazing eateries like Basilia's right around the corner, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area on foot. the hotel's amenities, like the clean room and friendly staff, only added to the wonderful experience.

The studio we had was super spacious and felt just like home! But the parking was a hassle due to the broken gate system.
