The location of Al Mansour Plaza is fantastic, close to the metro and supermarkets. We had a small issue with our room key not working, but the staff at the reception were quick to resolve it. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend the hotel.

The staff that comes for the 2PM shift was courteous and helpful. The leisure facilities were excellent, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a spa & wellness centre.

I got great value for my money, with a clean room and strong and fast wifi at Al Mansour Plaza. The location was perfect for me as a resident, and the staff treated me very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The cleanliness was very disappointing. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was a funny smell in the corridors.
