The indoor pool was heated, very accommodating personnel and great security services. The front desk officer was helpful and professional. Parents enjoyed their stay, extended it for another week. Billal and Tanvir were very caring staff who easily addressed to any issues.

The property is safe and clean with helpful and informative staff. The carpet in Room 163 has some stains, but overall it is clean. The Family Room is spacious like a house. Good location near C Ring Road with parking available. Good living room with new furniture.

Weekend accommodation very good. Complementary gym and swimming pool open until late, which makes for a great post-work activity. The room was spacious, fresh and good quality kitchen appliances. The hotel is well positioned, right in the heart of the city so there are plenty of things to do and see.

The rooms at Al Mansour Suites Hotel are super cozy! I loved the flat-screen TV, especially for catching up on my favorite shows. The city view was just icing on the cake - made me feel like a local.

The carpeting in the rooms wasn't really my thing. I prefer hardwood floors but I understand that others might like it!
