The staff at the resort were extremely helpful and friendly, making our experience truly enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the assistance in clearing soiled plates during breakfast, the customer service was excellent. The villa we stayed in was incredible, with a spacious room and a beautiful outdoor space. The quick check-in and check-out process added to the convenience of our stay.

One negative aspect of the resort was the lack of information provided about certain amenities, such as how to operate the hot water switch, cooker, and microwave. A manual explaining these details would have been useful in ensuring a seamless stay.

This hotel is set in a stunning garden and has a central location with easy access to the town. Although there is no sea view, the surroundings make up for it. Guests need to pay for the use of the tennis court, but the pool area is free. The rooms are spacious and clean with great facilities such as air conditioning, a minibar, and a TV. Breakfast offers a wide variety of food that satisfies every taste.

Some guests claim that the staff’s service is disorganized, and there is a lack of communication between the workers and their managers.

The pool at Al Messila was fantastic, with perfect water temperature and a great design. I loved that I could make my own coffee in the spacious and modern room and take it with me to the pool. The staff were kind and helpful, making me feel like I was on a tropical getaway. The green location in the heart of the city was a plus, and the breakfast was quite good. I recommend the Luxury Collection resort for a luxurious stay in Doha.

We were delighted to find a well-equipped room with a private pool and a beautiful tropical garden view. the staff was attentive, catering to our every need with exclusive amenities from the spa and wellness center, to the outdoor swimming pool and their bar and restaurant area. the delicious food provided in the room was definitely a highlight, and we were thrilled with the exceptional service we received throughout our entire stay.

Our only minor concern was the loud noise coming from the air conditioning unit that kept us up at night. Though, we did not let this diminish our overall amazing experience at this hotel.

The complementary welcome drink and fruit platter were a nice touch. the location was convenient with easy access to attractions. the on-site spa was a definite highlight of the stay, making it easy to unwind and relax.

the noise level around the hotel, with music playing everywhere, detracted from the peaceful atmosphere. the room cleanliness fell short of expectations, as did the additional cost for children's activities.
