My xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! the buffet breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh ingredients and many options to choose from. the location was perfect, very close to the city center and main tourist attractions. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the skyline and a relaxing atmosphere.

I found the noise level inside the hotel a bit too high, particularly in the corridors and common areas. the gym could have been more spacious and better equipped.

The staff is super friendly and supportive, providing excellent service. The buffet is top-notch, with angels like Michelle and Ajay taking care of guests. The reception staff, Mahesh and Majd, are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a catalogue in the room with all the necessary details for a comfortable stay. The pool area is relaxing with a nice view. Smokers and non-smokers can request a room tailored to their preference.
