During our stay at Centro, we had a small maintenance issue, but it was quickly resolved by the efficient maintenance team. The staff went above and beyond by organizing a shuttle for us to the airport, which was a nice touch. We were greeted by the extremely friendly and helpful front office staff, who even provided us with a room upgrade. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight, offering a modern and refreshing experience. The room was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. Although the bar/restaurant service was a bit slow, the manager personally attended to us and apologized for the delay. The hotel's location is convenient, with a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the slow WiFi and lack of a bathroom fan, our overall experience at Centro was excellent. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
