The hotel is absolutely amazing! the service was top tier, and the ocean view was breathtaking. Rooms were clean and comfortably designed, providing a luxurious retreat. Amenities like on-site restaurants and a refreshing pool added to my delightful experience. Despite minor flaws, I found good value for money. Easy access to attractions enhances the overall stay. The database provided was incredibly easy to navigate and had a wide range of information available. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view especially at night.

The hotel is in a great area, close to malls and business centers. The rooms have breathtaking views of the sea and are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff provide excellent customer service, with special mention to Alina from the restaurant and Yusef at the reception. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel smells fresh and clean.

There are some cleanliness concerns, with issues in the property's electronic toilets. Some guests have reported having to use the public restrooms instead of their room's bathrooms.

The staff were amazing, always friendly and welcoming with a special shout out to the housekeeping team for going above and beyond. the stunning panoramic sea view from our window was breathtaking and the free upgrades were a nice bonus. the hotel's location was perfect, conveniently close to shops and business centers.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and cared for. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a great place to relax with a sauna and steam room. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, and the sun loungers were so comfortable. the restaurant had a great variety of dishes with special diet menus and in-room breakfast option.

While we would have enjoyed some live music or performance, this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The staff are amazing, from the butler to the housekeeping team and security. The view is stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms. They offer free upgrades and welcome back gifts. Room was clean and late check-out was hassle-free. Amazing service.
