the rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, making us feel like royalty. the pool view from our room was simply beautiful. the hotel staff, including the cleaners and their manager, were incredibly sweet and attentive to our needs. It was evident that they take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel.

When I accidentally left my earphones in the room upon checkout, the staff were quick to locate them and kindly returned them to me. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is a great value for money and has fantastic staff. The location is right near a highway, with a parade of shops nearby and in close proximity to landmark n ezdan malls. Breakfast has many options, especially for meat eaters.

What an experience! the hotel staff generously surprised us with delicious complimentary drinks and tasty treats by the pool! the hotel location was very convenient, as it provided easy access to malls and attractions. the Christmas decorations and lighting and the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel were definitely the best aspects for me.

My stay was marred by several negative aspects. the hotel room was very noisy, with traffic noise and people walking in the hallways keeping me up all night.

This hotel is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort and exceptional service. the exclusive amenities such as the spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and massage made my stay unforgettable. the full body massage was exactly what my tired body needed. the beauty treatments and facials left me feeling rejuvenated. In the morning, the buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations with a huge variety of delicious dishes. the staff excellence and attention to detail was impressive.

Although everything was perfect there was just one minor issue: the Wi-Fi connection was sometimes weak. this was quickly resolved by the brilliant staff at the hotel.

Staying near the conference was great, though the hotel is in a construction zone, it didn't ruin my stay. The parade of shops next to the petrol station was great, I found an amazing café which served drinks in no time. The rooms were luxurious with great service, breakfast was delicious and varied. The outdoor pool was huge, and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

The location might not be ideal for those wanting to stay in the heart of the city center.

I recently stayed at Ezdan Palace for a few days and it was absolutely flawless! The service was exceptional, especially from Jhanara at reception who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The facilities, such as the gym and fitness center, were top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel interior was beautiful, and the breakfast had a great variety. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and amenities at Ezdan Palace and will definitely be staying there again in the future.
