Convenient location with walking distance to tourist attractions and many restaurants. Spacious and clean room with no disturbance from outside noise. Friendly and helpful reception staff except for one night shift attendant. Complimentary airport transfer provided.

The complimentary use of a pool and billiard area made my weekend more fun and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and helpful especially during check-in, they gave us a map of the area and showed us the main attractions nearby. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is near the airport and a few steps away from a shopping center.

The hairdryer was not working, there were no coffee sachets or cups provided, and the mini-fridge was not working as well. It was also a hassle to request for additional towels as we had to call several times before they were delivered.

The Filipina Receptionist and other nationality employees were awesome and provided us with everything we needed. The location was good, near a gasoline station with shops and an ATM machine. The cleaners and bell boy had good personalities. There was also access to mini shops at the back of the hotel. We enjoyed being near Souk Waqif and it was only a short taxi ride away.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.

Located in a bustling area with easy access to taxis, this hotel is close to the city center and a convenient choice. Although it's situated in an "all-male working district," female travelers can stay here safely without any issues. Immaculately clean, the room is comfortable with plenty of space. The staff provides excellent service. Breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant is on-site, making dining very convenient.
