Unfortunately, check-in delays and inconsistent communication about room upgrades dampened the experience. A few maintenance issues around the hotel also needed quicker attention.

The view from our King Studio was breathtaking, and the children's area entertained our kids for hours. We also appreciated the staff's attentiveness, making our stay feel special, especially during our son's birthday celebration.

the wifi was kinda slow at times and sometimes the elevators took forever.

The view from my balcony was spectacular, like looking at a painting of the city! every morning, I was greeted by the friendly staff who would go out of their way to make sure my kids felt special, like a fairy tale where everyone is nice.

but there was a delay in cleaning our room which was kinda annoying, and the wifi was spotty sometimes.

Our upgrade to that stunning room was a game changer the ocean view hit different when you wake up in the morning. The staff really made us feel at home especially Widad at the front desk she went above and beyond for us.

It costs a bit more than we usually spend but every penny was worth it.

hiltom doha the pearl is an amazin place! the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially widad at the desk and kelvin at the mulberry tavern. the room was comfy with an awesome view of lusail city. also, the breakfast was really good and they even catered to my wife's food intolerances, which was nice. overall, we felt really welcomed and taken care of during our stay!

the wifi was a bit spotty at times and there was some road noise that was annoying.

The kids had a great time at the kids club, especially with Rebecca, she made it so fun for them! Breakfast was tasty, but I'd love to see some new hot options. The only bummer was that the elevators took a bit longer sometimes. Overall, a fab experience!
