I recently had a fantastic 2-week stay at a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The staff at Kempinski were incredibly professional and helpful, making any extra requests a breeze. The suite itself was perfect for my needs, with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom, and ample storage. The indoor swimming pool was a great spot for relaxation after a long day. I can't wait to return!

We had an excellent stay at Kempinski Residences and Suites. The professional and friendly staff made our experience truly memorable. The apartment had all the facilities we needed, and the hotel amenities were perfect for traveling with kids. The unique kids club was a definite highlight. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

One aspect that could be improved is the parking situation, as there seems to be a limited number of parking spaces available.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment spots. the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the view from the high floor restaurant was breathtaking. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room service was a bit slow and some of the amenities in the room needed to be updated. the noise level from outside could be bothersome at night, but it was expected given the central location.

This hotel was an oasis of luxury in an urban environment. the exclusive amenities, including a Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were a delight to experience. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for a relaxing day in. Our room featured exclusive advantages, such as in-room breakfast and private facilities. the restaurant served a delectable range of cuisine, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind. the coffee/tea in the lobby was a thoughtful touch.

There was only one minor issue: the location disadvantage of this hotel.
