I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. the location is perfect as it's close to the markets and the city center. We had a stunning view of the modern city on the upper floors of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

Located in a bustling area near the markets and city center, this hotel offers easy access to everything. Staff are friendly and professional, offering excellent customer service to guests.

There was one incident where staff were not well trained to empathize with a guest or offer an appropriate resolution.

Castle Premium was a great choice, conveniently located near the old market area. Despite ongoing construction, the hotel offered good value for money and comfortable accommodations. the staff, including Ameena and the other receptionist, were welcoming and made our stay special. the cozy and safe atmosphere, along with clean and new-looking rooms, made it a perfect weekend getaway. Looking forward to returning soon and hoping for the same ambiance.

Late check-out was allowed by the accommodating reception staff. Lost item was returned by Anand. Excellent service, with Ameena and Ishak making the stay even better. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms make it a wonderful experience. Repeat visits imminent with high customer satisfaction.

This place has an amazing location close to the old market area and the city center. The staff provided excellent service, including room service, car hire, and housekeeping. Additionally, they have a grocery shopping service and laundry facilities. The rooms were well equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I appreciated the soundproofed rooms and in-room safe, and the sink and free toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel also offers other amenities like a spa & wellness centre, with massages and leisure activities, and a restaurant with in-room breakfast and packed lunches.

Construction is happening around here, resulting in huge traffic blocks. So, I suggest this hotel for families who want to stay close to the market area.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Ms. Sailaja at the front desk who provided excellent customer service. The hotel also offered 24-hour room service, and their coffee was a must-try. my experience at La Castle Hotel was superb, and I can't wait to come back again.

Great staff, especially Ameena and Avi at the reception. The bell boys were also friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were really comfortable.
