Excellent location and top-notch customer service

I enjoyed the prime location of the hotel, which was within walking distance to Souq Waqif and the Pearl, making it easy for exploration on foot. the staff's warm and courteous demeanor, especially the Concierge team, truly made me feel like a valued guest. improvements could be made in the housekeeping service for timelier and more efficient room cleaning.

the staff's attentiveness and quick room service made my visit for leisure a pleasure. the room's breathtaking views, comfortable mattress, and luxurious bath exceeded expectations. the delicious breakfast and outstanding customer service, especially from Javier Verdejo, were standout features. the concierge team's seamless communication via WhatsApp added a personalized touch to my experience.

Located in the heart of a newly developed area, this hotel is perfect for those who want to explore the city without compromising on safety or serenity. It’s close to the major tourist attractions, such as the souk and museums, but still very quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean with stunning views of the city. Moreover, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.

The hotel is expensive, but considering the luxury amenities and prime location, it’s worth every penny.

The first thing I liked was the impeccable service offered by the staff who went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Another great aspect was the complementary breakfast and an afternoon tea that was included in my package. the hotel was strategically located close to the souks and the beach, which made it incredibly easy to explore the city.

The only downside was the expensive New Year's Eve dinner. Even though the food was delicious, I found the price to be a bit steep.

The hotel staff went above and beyond by providing me with an emergency kit and cleaning my clothes in under 30 minutes when my luggage was lost. The food was delicious and the overall experience was one of a kind. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
