The bed was incredibly comfortable and the gym facilities were excellent. Two standout staff members were Mahmoud, who greeted us at the entrance with enthusiasm, and April at reception who went above and beyond to assist us. The room service menu had a good selection and the food was of high quality. The location of the hotel is great and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished. it was a short but fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend Crown Plaza Doha.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to a fabulous mall and in the center of the city. The rooms are nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The service provided by the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Additionally, there is a gym available for guests to use.

The swimming pool is not well maintained.

The breakfast at Crowne Plaza was delicious and had a great variety of options. We enjoyed starting our day with a satisfying meal. I'll recommend this hotel for its excellent breakfast.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza West Bay in Doha for a week-long business trip. The hotel location was excellent, with all the attractions within a 15-20 minute drive. The room was spacious and had a stunning panoramic view. The staff, particularly Sanjana at the front desk, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The half board package I booked included delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, where Trina, Yousef, and a friendly Indian staff member provided excellent service. it was one of the best hotels I've stayed at, with great pricing, location, and services.

The complementary breakfast and shuttle service provided were great bonuses. the hotel's location was perfect for my business needs and the room had a nice view of the city. Plus, the WiFi was free and fast which made working in my room easy and efficient.

My stay was not without some disappointments. the room was not thoroughly cleaned as I found hair in the bathroom and on the bed sheets.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making for a most comfortable stay. The WiFi exceeded our needs and the buffet breakfast had a great selection. The staff, from check-in to check-out, were absolutely wonderful, kind, and helpful. The concierge even helped us book an airport car and made sure our bags were delivered to our room. a fantastic experience.

Our family staycation at this 5-star hotel was absolutely amazing and enjoyable. The hospitality provided by the staff was perfect in every aspect. The front desk staff, especially Mr. Barnabas and Mr. Kamal Hussain, were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with an amazing room on the 19th floor with a breathtaking view. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The complimentary access to the executive club lounge on the 8th floor was a delightful bonus. Ms. Jerica, the hostess at the club lounge, made us feel comfortable and attended to all our needs. The dinner and breakfast at the Nidayaa restaurant were delicious and a treat for our taste buds. we were highly satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a luxurious stay in this hotel, indulging in the exclusive amenities provided. the service was exceptional, as the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. the Spa and wellness centre provided top-notch massage and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing, providing a breathtaking view of the location advantages.

The one minor issue we encountered was the absence of a Spa lounge. Nevertheless, the hotel came through with the room advantages, such as the delicious in-room breakfast and the special diet menus at the restaurant.
