The reception and staff were friendly and helpful during my business trip. The room was amazing with smart lighting control and a large, clean bathroom. The location was convenient, close to Hamad medical city and the old city center.

The breakfast was very limited with no options or variety, not what I expected from a supposed 5-star hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location on a main road meant dealing with daily traffic to enter the hotel.

The value for money at Millennium Plaza was excellent, with a spacious and neat room. The location was great for exploring, with plenty of dining options nearby, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

As young people, we loved the spacious executive room and large bathroom with dual showers. The fast WiFi was a bonus. Best value for money during our travels. Staff were incredibly helpful.

The complementary champagne and chocolates were a nice touch, as was the basket of fresh fruit in the room. the location was fantastic, close to all the shopping and sightseeing areas. the gym was well equipped with plenty of machines and weights.

From the private facilities to the outdoor swimming pool, we felt pampered throughout our stay. the spa centre was exceptional, with a great range of treatments and an inviting spa lounge. the restaurant served halal food with poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area, suitable for all dietary needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service. Although the staff was helpful and friendly, the room service was a bit slow at times.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location is just perfect for exploring the city. It's close to the city center and easy to get around with a taxi. We also appreciated the numerous services provided such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, laundry, and doctor on call. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a TV and a comfortable sitting area. The staff was truly amazing from top to bottom, they know what good service is all about! We felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

This hotel is a good value for the price. The location is perfect, as it's situated near the metro station. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all covered. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the view from the room is amazing as it overlooks the south-west part of the area.
