The service provided by the staff at Pullman was truly outstanding. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room I was given was impeccably clean and well-equipped, making it a comfortable and relaxing space. Additionally, the location of the hotel near a metro stop made it convenient for getting around the city. One particular staff member, Miss Medini, was so kind as to allow me a late check-out due to my late flight, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food and fresh juices.

There was a minor issue with the car parking arrangement, as it was a bit confusing and the security man was not very helpful. Each time I wanted to enter the parking lot, I had to wait for security, provide my room number, and then open the gate, which was not the most practical system.

This hotel is conveniently located near a metro stop, making it easily accessible for travelers. The spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay with a variety of facilities, such as a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The friendly and welcoming staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet is fabulous, with a wide range of delicious options. Guests can also enjoy breathtaking views from their rooms.

At times, there may be some noise from the windows in the morning.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel made us feel special and pampered. the exclusive amenities like the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool and the luxurious Spa & wellness centre exceeded our expectations. the service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. We loved the elegant restaurant that served delicious Halal food. we only had one minor issue with the slow room service during peak hours.

Despite the minor issue with room service, this hotel was a spectacular venue. We enjoyed our in-room breakfast with stunning views from our exclusive room advantages, and the leisure/TV room provided for our entertainment.

Loved every bit of the trip! From stepping out of the cab, to seeing the receptionist, to being escorted to our room, the experience was mind-blowing! Food quality was excellent, and the staff was very courteous and helpful throughout our entire stay. Brunch was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. the location of the place was also tremendous, giving us the perfect backdrop for our holiday pictures. Definitely coming back for more!

Just a couple of small concerns - we would have preferred if the AC was closer to the bed. And then the noise from outside the window at 8:30 am was a little disturbing.
