The check-in process was quick and easy. a wonderful stay at a good price.

It would have been better if there were more breakfast items available, especially for those who prefer a wider variety of choices.

The meeting and function spaces were well-equipped and the 4176 square feet conference center was very convenient.

Some guests have mentioned that staff can be forgetful. One reviewer reported an issue with receiving only one towel in a room intended for two people, while another was locked out of their room due to a malfunctioning lock that staff did not respond promptly to.

The hotel took a deposit on a credit card and insisted on refunding the deposit in local currency cash upon check-out. This left me with the equivalent of $55 in a currency that was not useful as I was leaving the country.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the entire place smelled wonderful. The location was ideal, as it was near everything in the old part of town, making it easy to explore. The staff were extremely helpful, providing us with information about the city and parking. The breakfast was fantastic, with a generous spread of delicious bio and local produce. As a bonus, we were even upgraded to a larger apartment. We also loved that the hotel was near branded outlet stores, allowing us to enjoy some shopping during our stay.
