We were blown away by the quality and luxury provided by Sheraton during our stay. The hotel's heritage combined with modern touches created a truly magnificent atmosphere. The business lounge on the mezz floor offered delicious snacks and beverages, while the staff went above and beyond to serve us the perfect glass of wine. The pool and beach were taken care of by attentive staff, and the beach bar was a great spot with a DJ playing. The Italian restaurant near the sports centre served excellent pizza, especially when we requested table 87 by the waterside. The tennis court and gym were impressive, with the gym being open 24 hours. The Irish Bar on the ground floor felt like an American Sports bar and had fantastic deals on Saturday evening. we felt pampered and will definitely recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at Sheraton was absolutely fantastic. I stayed for a week on a family vacation and had the time of my life. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities and services provided were top-notch, especially the pool and private beach. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions like Pearl Island and Lusail. The food at the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets was superb, with a special shoutout to the amazing staff at Alhubara restaurant who made our dining experience exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing time. The pool staff, especially Suhail and Irshad, were friendly and helpful, providing assistance without even being asked. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a beautiful pool and private beach where we could enjoy the whole day. The location of the hotel was also perfect, close to tourist attractions and newly developed areas like Pearl Island and Lusail. The delicious breakfast and superb food at the AlHubara restaurant added to the overall incredible experience. We will definitely be staying here again before and after the upcoming World Cup.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided great attention to detail. The hotel's club lounge access was definitely worth it. They had great offers and food, providing excellent value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect. It offered beautiful views and was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities.

One of the negative aspects was the pool dress code. It was unfortunate that wearing a hijab and t-shirt was not allowed, which limited some guests' options.

The hotel staff was incredibly well-trained and truly exceeded our expectations. The club lounge staff, including Christophe, Martina, Alisa, Jelena, Mayla. The room was clean with a nice view, and the breakfast served by Mrs Aiem was healthy and tasty. The dinner buffet at Al Hubara Restaurant was delicious, with special thanks to Aiperi, Moilika, Houn, Francais, and Chef Junaid for their helpful and friendly service. The amenities, including the jacuzzi pool and kids play area, were beautiful. we had a great experience and will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.

The view from our room was breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the cityscape. We were also pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which provided ample space for relaxation. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to popular tourist attractions and dining options in the city.

We were disappointed with the overall service during our stay. the staff seemed to prioritize certain guests, leaving us feeling neglected at times.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the check, in procedure was quite long and tedious, which was not ideal after a late, night arrival.
