This hotel is conveniently located near the Museum of Islamic Art and other attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of options. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, perfect for a relaxing stay. On top of that, the hotel provides ample facilities such as a safety box and an elevator.

The parking condition was not arranged properly, and it caused some inconvenience and confusion upon our departure.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. They personally showed us to our room and even gave us extra pillows upon request. Despite the busy location, the room was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. I would recommend Tourist Hotel for its excellent service.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a layover and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the value for money was excellent - the prices were reasonable and the hotel offered a good deal for the amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a major advantage, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the city's vibrant atmosphere. Lastly, the rooms, though slightly worn down in terms of furniture, were clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views to enhance the overall experience.

The only thing that could be improved was the internet connection.

Front office staff provided early check-in with a smile. Large room with no traffic noise. Room service with menu, water, drinks, and fruit. Ms. Joena was professional and quick to address my requests. Former resident finds it fine.

Staff was friendly and helpful, free breakfast was nice and saved us some money. Location was convenient as it was close to the airport and had easy access to transportation.

The room was small and outdated, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was no hot water for a shower. the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep, and the neighborhood felt unsafe at night.
