The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Place Vendome and the Pearl. The staff, particularly Ms Romyisa and Ms Sahar at reception, were professional and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. the hotel had a special atmosphere with beautiful decorations.

There were several negative aspects during our stay. the reception staff were not professional and caused delays during check-in.

Our Easter stay at this hotel was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary birthday cake and Valentine's Day cake in honor of our celebration. The hotel had a great location with a breathtaking view of the beach and a nearby mall. Another great advantage of staying here was the amazing breakfast buffet.

The spa facilities were closed without any prior communication. The lack of garbage cans under the bathroom sink and the absence of a sink near the coffee machine also proved inconvenient.
