I also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The tours and ticket assistance offered by the hotel were very helpful in planning my itinerary. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace offered a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden view. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the electric kettle in the room was convenient for making hot beverages. The flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floor added to the overall coziness of the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort and spa in Herculane. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. the room was an improvement from my last visit and the spa area was enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. the surrounding mountains added to the beauty of the area and there were many pool options available. a great experience.
