Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The rooms here are well furnished and have good facilities. The staff, especially the receptionist and breakfast staff, were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a convenient and central location. The breakfast had a range of choices and the outdoor terrace was a great addition.

The hotel is located on a central boulevard, making it easy to reach from the airport by bus. Even in the city center, it's close to many restaurants, including Don Vito's and fast food options like McDonald's. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly service. Breakfast is good, with all the essentials. The hotel also features a nice roof terrace and a modern decor.

There were a few minor issues reported by guests, such as some noise from the AC unit and a table that was too low.

The staff was exceptional, always willing to go above and beyond. They upgraded my room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was great; close to the city centre and only a short walk to the vibrant nightlife spots. they had a delicious breakfast and a gym on site which was a nice extra.

Considering all the positives, it was not a big deal.

Despite the initial issues, I was pleased when the hotel resolved the overcharge quickly, and the breakfast was the highlight of my stay at Ambasador. The omelette station was impressive and the coffee was perfectly roasted. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for its breakfast alone.
