absolutely shocking experience, the room was tiny with no balcony, poor aeration made it like a sauna. And don't even get me started on the wellness center, I was misled into thinking it would be luxurious, only to find it shared with locals. woudl ve been nice if I received a complimentary upgrade after all these inconveniences, but evidently that's too much to ask.

The atmosphere was relaxing, especially next to the

peaceful lake. I loved the design of the Junior Suite and the fast check-in process. The staff's friendliness was a nice touch. However, the wellness area felt a bit crowded at times, which took away from the experience.

The wellness area was impressive with a large swimming pool and

a modern gym. Multiple relaxation spots like hammocks. I appreciated the peaceful surroundings by the lake. However, getting there from the airport took longer than expected due to traffic, so plan accordingly if you're in a rush.

During my recent stay, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the Economy room I was given. It had old furniture and was not well-maintained, with hair on the carpet and a dirty bathroom. Although I asked for a room change, I felt the staff’s response lacked the required urgency or acknowledgment, and eventually had to pay extra for an upgrade to a Premium room, which I should have received initially.

Take advantage of the free bike rental service to explore the picturesque lakeside paths and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The huge garden and spacious indoor pool create a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

Noise from nearby clubs can disturb your peace at night, which might not suit everyone’s preference.

Breakfast was solid, especially the Belgian waffles.

my stay at caro was great! the economy room was spacious and modern with lovely lake views nearby. the breakfast was impressive, offering plenty of choices to start the day right. i also loved the outdoor morning yoga session, which was super relaxing.

Discovering Caro Hotel was a pleasant surprise, with attentive staff and tasty on-site dining options that made settling in easy. The room was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the unique Marshall speaker for music. However, I found the wellness facilities to be quite crowded at peak times, which detracted from the experience.
