This hotel is really worth the money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering its excellent location in the city center of Brasov. From the rooms, you can even enjoy a great view. The staff is attentive and provides basic amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, they offer breakfast options for vegetarians, which is a nice touch.

All things considered, this hotel was definitely a pleasant surprise.

The hotel offered good air conditioning and comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was located in a great spot, just a short distance away from the city center. the room was spacious and clean.

There were a few things that really detracted from our experience. the breakfast was very basic with not much variety.

I had a great stay at a hotel near my attorney's office, which was very convenient for me. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and the train station. the girls at the reception desk were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with a problem I had with the bed in my room. the heating in the hotel was excellent and kept me warm throughout my stay. the room itself was well-designed, with a warm floor in the bathroom, an adjustable heater, good lighting, and plenty of outlets. the breakfast offered fresh and tasty options every day.

Friendly and helpful service

During my stay at City Center, I had a small issue with the door hang in my room. I reported it to the staff, and they were promptly responsive in trying to fix it. Although it took a couple of attempts, they made sure to address the problem. I was impressed with their willingness to help and their commitment to ensuring my comfort. I appreciated the friendly and helpful service I received during my stay. I would recommend this hotel based on their dedication to guest satisfaction.
