The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the waiters were helpful and attentive, making sure that everything was to our liking. the hotel had a beautiful and cozy design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The staff had difficulty communicating in foreign languages, which made it challenging for us to communicate our needs and concerns effectively. There were also some maintenance issues in our room, such as a balcony door that didn't close properly, allowing cold winds to enter, and walls that seemed to shake when someone walked on the floor above.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is within walking distance of the ski slopes. It offers a cozy and clean room, and the breakfast buffet is excellent and plentiful. Additionally, the staff at reception are very helpful and go out of their way to assist.

The hotel does not have an elevator, which can be problematic for elderly guests.

I spent my xmas holiday in a hotel with a great breakfast selection and clean, modern rooms. the location was close to many restaurants and shops, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. the hotel allowed for late checkout which was a great option for me.

There were a few things that took away from my experience. the lack of an elevator made it difficult for my elderly relative who struggled with the stairs, and the noise from a nearby construction site disrupted our mornings.

The room at Elexus Boutique was aesthetically pleasing and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful forest view from the restaurant window during breakfast. The live music playing added a special touch. our stay was incredible.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The staff had limited language skills, which made communication difficult.
