The service and housekeeping were impeccable, and the room amenities were top-notch. We were pleased with the heating, air conditioning, and mini-bar in the room, as well as the dressing area and free toiletries. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury, and the dining bar/lounge area provided a comfortable space to relax. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay here even more enjoyable. The leisure facilities, including the Wi-Fi and on-site car park, were convenient for our needs. The luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and 24-hour security added an extra level of comfort and assurance. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

Difficult to find a taxi.

I recently stayed at Elisabeta for a long driving trip. Finding the hotel was easy, and parking was available. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, and there was a fridge included. After 18 hours on the road, it was a quiet, clean, and pleasant stay. The hotel is new, only opened 2 months ago, and the staff were as helpful as they could be. I had a good night's sleep and the facilities were all in working order. The receptionist also spoke good English over the phone.

The hotel is located in a very shabby neighborhood, but surprisingly, it is so close to the center of the city. You can easily reach the city center by taxi, which is very convenient. The rooms are massive and clean, with good facilities and a nice decor. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and speaks good English, which makes communication easy. Despite its location, the hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
