The facilities at this hotel were excellent, especially the wellness and spa area, which was clean and well-maintained. Another positive aspect was the breakfast, which had a wide range of choices, including both savory and sweet options. the hotel's location was convenient and provided easy access to key attractions in the area.

One of the drawbacks of this hotel was the language barrier, as most of the staff did not speak English. This made communication difficult and some staff members were even rude.

We particularly enjoyed the delicious food options offered by the hotel's restaurant, providing a great selection for breakfast and dinner.

One negative aspect of our stay was the lack of hot water in the showers, which was a bit disappointing, especially during the cold winter season. the parking situation was not well organized and, at times, a hassle to navigate.
