We recently stayed at a hotel in Bucharest and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of the town, close to main attractions and great restaurants. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a stand-up shower. The service was excellent, with the staff going out of their way to take care of us. They even prepared breakfast to go for us when we had to leave early in the morning. it was a great value for money.

The lack of air conditioning in the room, which made our first night a bit uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Berthelot. the staff, including Florin, Gabriel, and another waiter whose name we unfortunately can't remember, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home during our 7-night stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. the food was excellent, especially the breakfast with its variety of options. the location was ideal, with a short walk to the old city center and a convenient bus stop nearby. a great experience!

The cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar. It appeared that it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests, with towels still hanging and an open shower gel left in the cabin.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main sites and amenities. The service was exceptional, with room service, airport shuttle and laundry available. The room was well equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar and flat-screen TV, and the bed was very comfortable.

There were no negative aspects to this place. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

We had a great new year experience in this hotel! We were pleasantly surprised by the two complementary facts offered: a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival. the location is great, just a short walk from the bustling city center, but on a quiet street. We also enjoyed the quality breakfast with a variety of options available.

The soundproofing could have been better, as we could hear our neighbors at times. some of the staff could have been more welcoming.
