We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's central location was perfect, being close to the center and situated in a beautiful area. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We were also happy to be able to leave our luggage at the reception after we checked out.

At breakfast, a staff member made a big fuss about me arriving five minutes before closing, even though I was paying for the meal. some of the rooms seemed outdated, with tiny bathrooms and no tea or coffee facilities available.

The hotel has a museum-like interior, exuding a vintage charm. Cleaning and ironing services are excellent, providing a posh and comfortable stay.

This hotel is located on a bustling avenue in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the vibrant old town and enjoy the bustling nightlife. Furthermore, it is conveniently situated close to the university and other historical landmarks. Additionally, getting a taxi to the airport is a breeze from this central location.

The bathroom facilities could be improved, as some guests reported encountering very cold streams of water.

I was pleasantly surprised by the classical and spacious ambiance of Casa Capsa. My room, 214, exuded a 19th-century charm with beautiful woodwork trimming. The air-conditioning and internet worked flawlessly, and the enormous decorated bed provided a comfortable sleep. The hall service was top-notch, and the porters were attentive and helpful. The hotel's location in the center of the city was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for its historical charm and spacious rooms.

There were plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from in the area. The rooms were beautifully furnished with period furniture, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay at Casa Capsa again without hesitation.
