We had a fantastic experience at Gema! The receptionist went above and beyond, helping us order food and even arranging for our clothes to be washed late at night. The staff's genuine friendliness made check-out a breeze. And let's not forget the delicious morning coffee that was on the house. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm hospitality.

The receptionist was really nice. They assisted me in ordering food and laundry service, even during late hours. They also offered a complimentary morning coffee which was great! The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops.

There was no lift available in the hotel for disabled guests, which made it difficult for me to move around as I had some mobility issues. the bed was quite uncomfortable which led to back pain and disturbed my sleep at night.
