The staff, especially Alexandria and Mihail, were charming, spoke great English, and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious with big windows and some even had balconies with stunning views. The hotel had a big, comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and enough privacy. The breakfast terrace offered a small but pleasant atmosphere with a nice city view. The location in the old part of town, near the tree line and hills, was great.

Felt so well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area on a hill, providing an amazing view of the city. Despite its peaceful location, it is still within walking distance of the city center. This makes it the ideal choice for those looking to explore the town while enjoying a tranquil setting. Additionally, the rooms offer beautiful views over the city, allowing guests to fully appreciate their surroundings. The hotel also offers basic amenities such as air conditioning and a jacuzzi for two, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and had a great time. the hotel was located very close to the historic part of the city and the cable car. the room was clean and the bathroom was kept well. the best part was the breakfast, which had a good spread of options. the balcony had great views of the city, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink. the staff was courteous and made our stay very comfortable. we appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

The only downside we experienced was the parking. the lot was very crowded, especially during peak season when the hotel was fully booked, and finding a space was difficult.

My room had a spacious window with a stunning city view, allowing me to take in the beauty of Brasov from the comfort of my own room. The bathroom was also impressively large, and the luxurious feel of the hotel really made my stay comfortable. The breakfast terrace provided a small, pleasant spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the city.

I did notice a few minor issues during my stay. The restaurant server could improve on their customer service skills, and smoking near the serving area was not pleasant for non-smokers like myself.

This hotel is conveniently located near Brasov's old city center, allowing easy access to key tourist sites. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and served in a pleasant setting. Guests can also enjoy a lovely view from the balcony.

Some guests with asthma or allergies might find the scent of heavy perfume throughout the hotel to be overwhelming and uncomfortable.

The value for money at Kolping was outstanding, with a clean and comfortable room and a beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved by having fresher and hotter cooked eggs.
