Our stay at Neon was great! The location was close to the city center and a shopping mall. The rooms were clean and spacious, with amenities like satellite TV and a fridge. Despite being beside a main road, we slept well thanks to the effective air conditioning. The hotel was well cared for and the free wifi worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
