This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the prices were extremely reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains was a great addition. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the ski slopes, making it convenient for those who enjoy skiing or snowboarding.

In terms of improvement, I believe that the hotel could consider adding an extra bin in each room for convenience.

High variety of breakfast options. Kindness of the staff, especially during late arrival. Fantastic view from the room.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains, making it a perfect spot for those who enjoy hiking and exploring nature. Guests mentioned visiting stunning waterfalls and lakes, such as Cascada Cailor, Stiol Lake, and Iezer Lake, all within easy reach from the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The service was also praised for being friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast offered an additional fee was a highlight, and some rooms boasted a nice view of the mountains.

The lack of an elevator at the hotel was a downside, especially for guests staying on upper floors who had to climb many stairs to access facilities such as the pool, restaurant, and front desk.

The view was breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. We loved the fact that we could smoke on the balcony and that there was a place to dry our clothes. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the restaurant inside the resort had amazing food, and we especially enjoyed the lava cake. the best part was the wellness area with a dry sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and terrace. It felt like a luxurious retreat in the mountains. the quality-price ratio was unbeatable, making it the best 3-star hotel we've ever stayed in.

Spent Xmas with friends at one of the best accommodations in the area. Room was spacious and cozy, perfect for the chilly weather outside. the view from the restaurant was breathtaking, the snow-covered mountains and warm fireplace were ideal for an Xmas dinner. the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed, even accommodating our dietary preferences. Plus, the location was just a few minutes from the ski lift, making it easy for us to hit the slopes early in the morning.

The area around the hotel wasn't too pleasant, with some abandoned buildings and lots of hanging cables. Plus, there was no elevator, making it a bit difficult for older or disabled guests to access their rooms.
