Family-run hotel with friendly staff, safe bike storage, good on-site restaurant, tasty inclusive breakfast, helpful with directions to Calafat. Wedding reception noise was avoided with separate room. Enormous suite-like room provided a great night's sleep. Brilliant English-speaking staff member, felt like part of the family. Incredible staff assistance, comfortable room, hot water, accommodating breakfast preparation. Amazing hotel and staff, would stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located on the main street. Our room was spacious and clean, and we felt secure parking our bikes. The owner went out of their way to fix a broken spoke on my son's bike. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially their homemade wine and wine brandy. I would highly recommend this hotel for cyclists on the Danube route.
