I recently had a pleasant stay at a hotel situated on a hill with a well-lit and ventilated space. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and modern, equipped with the latest technology. The bathroom was outstanding, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel had interesting design aspects and was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a good selection, although I would have appreciated more options with local food. The service in the restaurant was professional, and the dinner was delicious.

That the hotel does not allow pets, which could be disappointing for those who travel with their furry companions.

I had an amazing stay at the Kronwell hotel in Brasov. The modern and stylish design of the rooms was impressive. I particularly loved the sound-proof feature and the glass walls in the bathroom, which could be masked for privacy. The beds were clean and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The variety of breakfast options included in the room rate was excellent. Although there were a few small hiccups, such as the cheese and cakes running out at breakfast, the staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate my requests. The hotel also had fantastic spa facilities and leisure activities, such as swimming pools and a gym. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was superb, with a wide range of options and excellent coffee. the staff were friendly and helpful, recommending places to visit and eat nearby. the complimentary pool, hot tubs, and thermal suites were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

The location was not ideal, requiring a taxi or public transportation to get to the main tourist attractions. the lighting in the room could have been better, making it difficult to do makeup or read in bed.

The room amenities were great, with a mini-bar and a sitting area. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, with better customer service than many 5 * hotels.
