From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were enveloped in warmth and professionalism. The room was not just clean, it was beautifully decorated and inviting, a perfect escape after exploring the city! The spa provided a level of relaxation I hadn’t anticipated, with skilled therapists who truly know their craft. Staying here during the festive season was enchanting. the decorations evoked so much joy! I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone craving an extraordinary experience in Brasov.

The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a wide selection of gourmet meal options to start the day right.

The shower drainage was a bit slow, causing an inconvenient puddle during my shower.

Lighting issues in rooms can be a nuisance, making it tricky to get tasks done!!! Overall room technology is overly complex, causing unnecessary frustration!!! Water drainage in the shower really needs improvement to prevent puddles!!!

The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a diverse selection of gourmet meal options that truly set the day off right.

The air conditioning in the room was set too cold and seemed to reset every time we left, making it uncomfortable upon returning.

We enjoyed back-to-back family fun at the incredible Kids playground, complete with a PS4 and trampoline. My mum loved the aroma therapy massage while I used the gym facilities nearby. Dining was a treat with delicious food, and the atmosphere was cozy.

My kids wished for more open spa facilities for fun.

During a recent three-night stay, the spacious Business Double room impressed with its cleanliness and thoughtful details, like daily cookies delivered to the door. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious array of healthy choices, including fresh vegetables that enhanced the dining experience. However, navigating the intricate lighting system became a challenge, and the air conditioning struggled to provide comfort, remaining at a warm 22°C. Additionally, the shower controls were perplexing, leading to an unexpected dunk of cold water due to the design. While these quirks were frustrating, the overall ambiance and service made it a worthwhile experience.

The meeting spaces were excellent for business events, and the rooms were modern and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. My conference was organized flawlessly!

Felt so relaxed, no reason to complain.

The breakfast spread was AMAZING! ! They had everything from sweet pastries to healthy options, which was perfect after a long night of celebrating. One evening, they sent up some tea and sweets when they heard we weren't feeling well, and it really brought warmth to our hearts ❤️.

It wasn't exactly on the cheap side, but considering the service and amenities, it felt worth it.

Spacious room, outstanding spa, with a beautiful design that made relaxation effortless, while the delicious buffet breakfast ensured we started our days off right before we headed out to explore the city using the convenient Uber service.
