We had a good stay at a nice hotel with a convenient location. the room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. the staff were hospitable and the lady who received us was particularly welcoming. the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We also enjoyed the 24-hour reception and the option for a late check-out.

The air conditioner in our room leaked water, which was a bit inconvenient. Although we reported the issue to the reception, it was only temporarily fixed by placing a plastic container under the leak.

We spent our New Year holiday at this hotel and had a really enjoyable experience. we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of amenities offered--not only was there a gym onsite, but also a sauna and steam room. the hotel's location made it easy for us to explore the city, as it was within walking distance of many popular attractions. the staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay all the more pleasant.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, we did have a few minor complaints. the breakfast options were a bit lacking in terms of variety, and the coffee could have been better.

There was poor sound insulation in the room, and we could hear noises from the neighboring room. Additionally, there was a strong cigarette smell in our non-smoking room.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the night porter who made our check-in smooth and easy. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed for our stay. Lastly, the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and close to some great restaurants. this hotel was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Good room size, clean facilities, convenient parking, excellent location near city center. Walked to nearby restaurants and Palatul Parlamentului with kids. Friendly and helpful staff, modern and fresh lobby, recently renovated. Simple but satisfying breakfast, great coffee. Early check-in available, minor checkout misunderstandings.
