I had the best stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, as it was very close to the city center. I loved that I could easily walk to the gorgeous city center and explore all the attractions. Another great aspect was the hotel facilities, which were excellent. The room was very clean and well kept, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices. Moreover, the staff was exceptionally kind and polite, always catering to my needs. Additionally, parking was available onsite, providing convenience for those with vehicles.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the city center. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, making the overall service enjoyable. The rooms, although small, are clean and comfortable, with a lovely design. Lastly, the breakfast provided offers a good variety of food choices, including options for those who do not eat pork.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the soundproofing of the rooms. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, it is very easy to hear through the walls, which can be slightly disappointing.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and amazingly silent. The renovated washroom had a modern look that we absolutely loved. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning personnel were all friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and easily accessible by car. It was simply the best hotel we stayed at during our two-week trip in Romania.

The location was perfect, just a few steps away from all the main sightseeings in the old center. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Despite being in the city center, we were able to find parking places nearby, some even free of charge. The price was also very reasonable considering all that we got. I highly recommend Marabella for anyone visiting Sibiu.

The location in the old town was perfect for exploring and enjoying the local bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the atmosphere of the historic building. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, particularly Roxana who saved the day when I arrived late at night. The breakfast was delicious and the bells from the nearby church added to the charming experience. I highly recommend Hotel Marabella and would definitely stay there again.
