Nothing not to like.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to some of the best Christmas markets and shopping areas. The staff was super friendly and even offered complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a cozy bathrobe to snuggle up in after a long day.

The high-tech room controls were a bit confusing and we ended up pressing the wrong buttons a few times, which was frustrating. The music in the dining area was also quite loud and made it hard to have a conversation over dinner.
