The location of the hotel is convenient, with close access to public transportation such as bus line 605 and a nearby metro station. There is also a shopping mall within walking distance. The apartments offer a lot of space, making it comfortable for longer term stays. The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances such as a coffee maker, fridge, stove, and oven.

The surrounding area of the hotel is currently under construction, leading to noise and dirt in the vicinity.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Novum Aparthotel. The attention to detail in the apartment was impressive, with everything thoughtfully arranged and beautifully decorated. The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Novum Aparthotel and would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, always available. Easy check-in/out. Clean, well-decorated apartment in a secure building. Lovely location. Great value for money. Incredible cleanliness throughout. The rooms are really spacious and the furniture is comfortable, which makes you feel right at home. Plus, the location is perfect, as you're close to a big shopping center and several supermarkets, which is super convenient. But what stood out the most was the friendly staff, always ready to help you out with anything you need during your stay.

We did experience a few minor issues. Some of the final works done in the building weren't perfect, the entering lock was broken and there were a couple of kitchen utensils missing, which were a bit inconvenient.
