We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the breathtaking painted Monastery of Voronet. The service was exceptional, with the staff providing top-notch dry cleaning and laundry services. The airport shuttle made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the beautiful garden views. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We loved the cozy and clean room with a great view. The hotel facilities were nice, especially the terrace where we enjoyed having dinner. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, slightly away from the city center, making it quiet, and in an area with a number of World Heritage sites worth going a long way to see.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful monasteries in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. One of the best aspects was the variety of amenities offered. From the indoor pool and jacuzzi to the game room and sauna, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Another great feature was the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. it was a fantastic experience.

While there were many positives, there were a few minor drawbacks. One of the worst aspects was the depth of the indoor pool.

This hotel was in a great location for exploring the local area. We were able to visit the main attractions with ease. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna, which provided a nice escape from the winter weather.

Our experience was dampened by the quality of the food. The Christmas dinner was poorly prepared and quite disappointing. Additionally, the rooms were poorly insulated and drafty, which made it difficult to stay warm. We found ourselves using extra blankets and layers of clothing to stay comfortable. while the hotel had some good features, the negatives outweighed the positives for us.
