The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It's right in the middle of the city, close to a supermarket, and there are grocery stores and cafes right across the street. You can take a quick walk and admire the stunning 19th-century grand architecture that surrounds the hotel. The rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms and the service is exceptional. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and the staff makes you feel welcome.

The issue with the bed sheets, which made the sleep a bit uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was pretty close to the city center and within walking distance of the old city area. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were beautifully designed and spacious, with excellent bathrooms and great air conditioning. The staff were very courteous and helpful, making the service top-notch. The breakfast was extremely tasty, and the mini bar was fully stocked with yummy treats.

There was no pool available at the hotel, which would have been a nice addition, especially during hot weather.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. They helped me with breakfast, gave recommendations, and even booked cheap local taxis for me. the hotel itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. the location was perfect - quiet yet close to all the attractions. This hotel made my Christmas stay wonderful and unforgettable. I absolutely loved the variety of food offered for breakfast, which included fresh fruit and juices. the location of the hotel was perfect since it was situated near all the prime tourist spots in the city.

While my experience was generally positive, a few things could be improved. the non-smoking room could have opened onto a non-smoking area outdoors to avoid any disturbance from the outdoor smoking area.
