I just can't get enough of construction noise and broken soap dishes. So amusing!

During our Xmas stay, we appreciated the beautiful view of the forest from our room's window and the delicious breakfast included. the hotel's location, surrounded by nature, was perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, such as the pool with bubble jets and the salt pool, which were ideal for relaxing after a long day.

The room we stayed in was smaller than expected, and the heating system didn't work correctly, making it impossible to enjoy a cozy atmosphere inside. some amenities were not functioning properly, like the TV and the phone in the room, making our stay less comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Sungarden Resort and Spa. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. the staff were very accommodating and made us feel valued throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the spa complex, which is one of the best we've ever experienced. the grounds of the resort are also stunning, and we enjoyed a lovely walk the next morning. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the city added to the quiet and private atmosphere. we highly recommend Sungarden Resort and Spa.

Not obvious to find

the staff provided exceptional service, meeting our every request promptly. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, massages and spa lounge were all exceptional ways to unwind and relax. the outdoor dining area and sun terrace added to the already picturesque views, making this hotel a truly serene and tranquil escape.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited choices on the breakfast menu. the service and quality of the food was still exceptional.

The location had beautiful views and a neat landscaped area. The staff were extremely helpful, especially with accommodating mobility-impaired guests. Excellent facilities for golf and swimming. The variety of services provided excellent value for money, with well-equipped rooms and a wide selection at breakfast. The landscape was perfect for both active and passive relaxation.
