We had a fantastic stay at 305 Guest House! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the room itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The kids play area was a big hit with our little ones, and they had a great time. The owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. it was a beautiful setting and we would definitely love to revisit.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at 305 Guest House. The room I stayed in had a breathtaking view and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying some relaxation time. The service from the reception staff was exceptional, they were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The size of the beds and the quality of the linen were outstanding, providing the utmost comfort. The bathroom was also a highlight, offering a truly relaxing experience. Additionally, the location of the guest house was excellent, being centrally situated and close to both the mall and the beach. I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

While there were many positives about my stay, I did encounter a couple of drawbacks. I found the breakfast to be average in taste, and I believe the hotel could benefit from investing in a more skilled chef.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The location of this place was incredible, right on the beach, offering breathtaking views from the rooms. The staff here were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. From the manager to the waiter, everyone believed in providing excellent service. The rooms were well-appointed with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The sitting area and terrace added an extra touch of luxury, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The hotel also offered free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV for convenience and entertainment. The breakfast was served on a beautiful patio, allowing guests to savor a delicious meal while enjoying the sea view. The hotel also had a picnic area and tables, perfect for dining outdoors. I was thoroughly impressed with the location, service, and amenities provided at this hotel.

The location of the guest house is very convenient as it is close to everything you might need. There is a coffee shop nearby that serves delicious drinks and snacks, and there is also a pathway that leads directly to the beach. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a view of the ocean.

The housekeeping service in our room was not up to par. The sheets were only changed on the fourth night of our stay, and the balcony was not cleaned.

Breakfast served on the deck provided a relaxing experience with a great view to enjoy.
