I recently stayed at a beautifully decorated and fully-equipped apartment in Strand. The apartment, known as 308 St Tropez, offered a breathtaking 180-degree view and was impeccably clean. It had all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and even a vacuum. The hosts went above and beyond, providing thoughtful extras like a good bottle of red wine, juice, and unlimited rooibos teabags. Special mention goes to the light-blocking curtains and the see-through UV screen, which allowed for an amazing view. And when the substation went down, they even brought me candles in candle holders!
