Just stayed at a spot near amazing restaurants & shops. the room with mountain view was stunning. LOVED the outdoor pool! Definitely going back. Even better in person!

The decorations in the hotel were charming, with cozy corners perfect for relaxing and taking in the grand views of the Simonsberg mountains. the common outdoor braai and sitting area provided a lovely space for mingling with other guests. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with easy navigation and no challenging stairs to climb, making it ideal for a comfortable stay.

Would appreciate more comfortable seating for seniors in rooms.

Nestled in the heart of Stellenbosch, 4 Piet Retief served as an ideal hub for my culinary escapades, with local and seasonal delights at every turn. the staff's warmth and attentiveness created a welcoming ambiance, accentuated by thoughtful room upgrades and personal touches. the property's oasis-like calmness provided respite after adventurous days.

While the dining facilities were a treat, the property had its quirks, like the creaky staircase and noisy air-conditioner.

We got great value for our money at 4 Piet Retief. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely kitchen area. The location was convenient and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the heart of town. The staff, led by Hilda, were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and secure. The small pool in the garden was a lovely place to relax. We highly recommend 4 Piet Retief for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the room was modern, clean, and spacious with a lovely balcony offering stunning mountain views. the hosts, hilda and morris, were exceptional, providing friendly service and helpful assistance. the location was convenient, close to the university, in a safe and quiet area with shops nearby. we appreciated the complimentary amenities like wine, coffee, and rusks, making it feel like a home away from home.

I had a fantastic stay at 4 Piet Retief. The rooms were spacious with beautiful views, and the pool and Lapa area were perfect for spending time with family.
